Order & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
In-stock products are usually delivered to your address within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to major cities is generally faster.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is completely free for orders of 500 ₺ and above. A shipping fee of 49.90 ₺ applies to orders below this amount.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number is sent via email. You can also track your order status under My Account > My Orders.

Yes. Enter the size (e.g., 205/55 R16) in the search box to quickly list matching tires.
Can I filter by season?
Yes. Use season filters (summer/winter/all-season) and usage type to narrow results.
Are bulk orders (fleet/company) available?
Yes. We may offer bulk ordering and B2B pricing for fleets/companies. Apply as a dealer to access B2B pricing.

Payment & Security

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer/EFT. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is installment payment available?
3-9 installment options are available through partner banks. Installment options are shown on the payment page.

What are the return conditions?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned. Mounted or used tires may be excluded from returns.
Are products under warranty?
Products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty period varies by brand and product; the standard period is 24 months.
